DMW Recruitment are requiring a number of Electrical Operatives to start work on a Cat 1 NAECI Project, on Fawley Refinement, Southampton.

This is an in-scope NAECI Contract, and you would be employed *directly* by the client.

* Number of positions: 20 x Grade 5 & 6 operatives.( Grade 6 paid for CompEx / testing & inspecting)

* Duration: 3 – 6 months

* Start: W/C 16-Sep-24

* NAECI 2024 Rates (Including IBA)

* All lodge, travel time, rail fare & severance pay inline with the current NAECI agreement.

* IBA Bonus Info: £0.50 per hr 3 monthly retainer. £1.87 per hr monthly paid performance (total £2.37)

* Working Hrs: 11 day fortnight, 11 hrs per day (10.5 hrs paid)

* Requirements: JIB & CCNSG

Grade 5 Operative:

- Basic Hours (1st 38 Mon - Fri) - £21.27 per hr

- OTA (over 38 hrs & 1st 4 hrs Sat) - £29.78 per hr

- OTB (over 4 hrs Sat & all day Sun) - £38.29 per hr

- Plus IBA as outlined

- Lodge, travel time & rail fare where applicable

Grade 6 Operative

- Basic Hours (1st 38 Mon - Fri) - £22.16 per hr

- OTA (over 38 hrs & 1st 4 hrs Sat) - £31.02 per hr

- OTB (over 4 hrs Sat & all day Sun) - £39.89 per hr

- Plus IBA as outlined

- Lodge, travel time & rail fare where applicable
