Essential Ingredients  

Able to work a 9 week rolling rota 5 days out of 7
Experience in a similar role within FMCG
Ability to work in a safe manner and consider the safety of others
A good attention to detail with a firm focus on Quality and Health & Safety
Able to adapt well to change and undertake a variety of activities across our operation
Understanding the importance of team-work and communicating effectively developing relationships with team members and other teams across the site

Your commitment will help Warburtons manufacture and deliver products that are unbeatable in quality, making you an invaluable player in our success story. As a Team Member, you'll flex your skills across multiple departments, from maintaining hygiene standards to manning the production line and warehouse. Working with cutting-edge bakery machinery and automated plant equipment will be your bread and butter, and at times, you'll be the maestro orchestrating these operations in our food manufacturing wonderland.

About Us  

Our Paddock Wood Depot, situated in the heart of Kent, was the 13th Warburtons depot built and supports our Enfield Bakery in North London.  Distributing our broad range of freshly baked products to our customers across the South East of England every day.
