We are working with a dedicated Housing Association committed to providing high-quality housing solutions within our community. We are currently seeking an experienced plumber, focusing on Responsive Repairs

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct plumbing repairs and installations

* Perform routine maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.

* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

* Work collaboratively with other tradespeople and maintenance staff.

* Document work completed and report any issues to the management.

Qualifications:

* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent).

* Own van

* Experience working within social housing or similar environments.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

* Able to use a PDA

Job Type: Temporary - 6 weeks

Expected hours: 39 per week
