Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to club members and their guests
Prepare and serve drinks to the highest standards
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our drinks menu
Ensure the bar area is kept clean and well-stocked at all times
Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Work collaboratively with the kitchen and floor teams
Create a welcoming atmosphere for all club visitors
Represent the prestigious standards of The Hurlingham Club in all interactions
Required Skills:

Previous experience in a high-quality hospitality environment
Excellent knowledge of drinks and cocktail preparation
Strong customer service skills with attention to detail
Well-presented with a professional manner
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexible approach to working hours including evenings and weekends
WSET certification advantageous but not essential
