Job Title: Primary Teaching Assistant

Working Hours: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

Salary: £80-£90 per day

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a temporary position with the potential for a permanent role based on performance.

Responsibilities:

Provide support to teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons.
Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) for students.
Support students in both individual and group settings.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with classroom management and behaviour support.
Collaborate with teachers and other staff to ensure the well-being and progress of students.Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
Relevant qualifications in education or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members.
Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting the educational development of students.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment
