A leading Law firm based in Crawley is seeking a dynamic Marketing and Digital Assistant to join our thriving marketing and business development team. This position is ideal for recent graduates, motivated A-level leavers, or current Marketing Administrators eager to advance their careers.

In this multifaceted role, you'll immerse yourself in various aspects of marketing, including:

The ideal candidate will have -

Good communication skills and competent numerical skills.

· Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

· Skilled in the use of Adobe – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign or a willingness to learn and be trained.

· Good working knowledge of CMS systems including WordPress or a willingness to learn , including developing their skills around SEO

· Professional manner and smart appearance.

· Previous marketing experience is not required; but a keen interest in and understanding of business is essential. This may be demonstrable through a relevant A-Level or degree.

· Excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills essential, together with very good organisational and time-keeping skills.

· Self-motivated with an ability to work as part of a team and alone.

· Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines, planning time and prioritise
