Job description

We are working with a well respected growing contractor with a strong presence the traditional M&E and renewables sectors who are looking for an electrical project manager to join their London business unit.

Acting as principal contractor you will take full control of projects alongside a mechanical equivalent tasked with the installation and upgrade of reneawable technologies across commercial and government owned facilities across London.

Responsibilities

Tender review/validation

Preconstruction stages

Health & Safety management (RAMs)

Design Management (reviewing design liaising with client and consultants)

Procurement of subcontractors, kit and plant

Technical submittals

RFIs – Liaison with client team and sub contractors

Programming of works

Management of variations

Team Coordination (overseeing engineers, construction managers and supervisors)

Progress meetings with sub contractors, client and internal meetings.

Overseeing commissioning stages.

Assisting with coordination and management of M&E subcontractors.
