Meridian Business Support is recruiting for a Registered Nurse to join our reputable client in  Clinical Homecare team. This role is field-based, providing one-to-one care to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

Administer medical treatments such as IV infusions, injections, and parenteral nutrition.
Deliver patient-centered care with a focus on helping individuals regain independence and meet their healthcare goals.
Visit 1-3 patients per day, with travel across the region included as part of your working hours.What's on Offer:

Salary: £40,700 per annum
Contract: Full-time
Vehicle: Fully expensed company car & fuel card
Annual Leave: 36 days
Bonus: Quarterly
Tech Support: Laptop, printer, tablet, mobile phone, and personal protection device
