Site Manager – Crawley (£350 - £400 per day) | 26-Week Contract

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead a £3.3m electric charging centre project in Crawley. This role offers a day rate of £350 - £400, depending on experience, with a 26-week contract duration.

Project Overview

* Construction of a steel frame standalone shed, split into a supermarket and food outlet.

* Civils and structural focus, no internal fitout.

* Located on a regeneration site rather than a greenfield site, requiring groundworks experience.

* Strong emphasis on quality and safety, with regular site inspections by senior management.

Key Requirements

* Black CSCS Card

* SMSTS and First Aid certification

* Temporary Works Coordinator (knowledge or qualification)

* Asbestos Awareness

* Steel frame experience

* Groundworks knowledge

Responsibilities

* Oversee site operations and ensure delivery to programme

* Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality, and compliance

* Produce weekly reports, including RAMS reviews and site checklists

* Ensure the site is well-managed, organised, and meets company expectations

* Complete a structured two-week induction and familiarisation period before taking full responsibility on site
