This role offers the opportunity to work on dynamic projects, ensuring precision, efficiency, and profitability across the Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) disciplines.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting for MEP projects.
* Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, and procurement schedules.
* Conduct detailed cost analysis and value engineering for MEP systems.
* Ensure accurate and timely reporting of financial data and progress.
* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure efficient delivery.
* Handle project variations, claims, and final account negotiations.
* Maintain compliance with legal and contractual standards.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the MEP sector.
* Strong knowledge of MEP systems and construction processes.
* Exceptional negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
* Familiarity with relevant software and tools for cost management and reporting.
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
