My client is an independent Estate Agency based in the centre of Cheltenham who is looking to add a Sales Negotiator to their successful team.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Sales Negotiator:

Register potential buyers and sellers, identifying potential business opportunities
Calling applicants with details of new instructions in order to generate viewings
Carrying out structured property viewings, negotiating offers
Required Skills and Qualifications of the Sales Negotiator:

Prior experience of working in a similar role desirable
Full UK driving licence and use of own appropriate car essential
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a desire to be successful in a sales environment
