Role: Construction Sales Co-ordinator
Salary: £23,000-£26,000 per annum depending on experience
Location: Sheffield
Working pattern: Full time, office based. Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The role:
* Build & maintain relationships with customers to make sales and increase profitability.
* Encourage repeat purchases and brand loyalty by adding value to transactions, providing the right solutions alongside excellent customer service.
* Responding to questions and queries both internally and from customers (telephone, email, video calling, face to face)
* Preparing quotations – Liaising with external teams, technical teams and commercial management where required.
* Proactive quotation follow up calls.
* Negotiating with customers to secure orders.
* Liaising with other departments pre and post sale (including finance, operations technical and design)
The successful candidate:
Experience of processing orders and/or producing quotes in the building/construction industry would be advantageous, but not essential.
Candidates should have:
* GCSE (or equivalent) Maths and English grades A-C
* An enthusiastic can do attitude able to work on own initiative.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Methodical, organised with ability to prioritise.
* Computer literate (Particularly Microsoft Office and Dynamics CRM)
* Accurate with good attention to detail.
* Able to manage and respond to multiple issues at once whilst meeting deadlines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desirable skills and attributes:
* Experience of working in a construction or manufacturing business.
* Proven track record of account management and converting quotes to orders.
* Able to read and understand drawings.
