As a Senior Site Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring project success through meticulous planning, safety adherence, and efficient resource management.

Job Overview:

Quality & Compliance: Maintain quality standards through adherence to company procedures, method statements, and inspection plans. Ensure materials and work in progress meet specified requirements.
Health & Safety Leadership: Understand and communicate the Company’s Safety Statement, ensuring safety procedures are upheld across the site. Monitor site conditions, report unsafe situations, and act as a safety lead in the absence of the Project Manager or Site Agent.
Technical Oversight: Review and understand specifications, drawings, and contract documents. Conduct site surveying, setting out, and leveling to ensure accurate project execution.
Project Coordination: Liaise with project stakeholders, including subcontractors, planners, and the site team, to keep the project on track and within budget. Efficiently manage site resources and plan work to meet deadlines.
Documentation: Prepare as-built drawings, technical reports, and maintain site diaries to ensure comprehensive project records.
Payment Options: CIS, LTD and Umbrella  What You'll Need To Succeed:

Qualifications:  Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
Certification: Valid and in-date CSCS
Experience: Strong background in construction with experience on similar projects, demonstrating a commitment to safety and environmental standards.
Requirements: Full, clean UK driving license and legal authorization to work in the UK
References: 2 checkable employer references
