We have an exciting Locum Social Work opportunity within a Older Adult Mental Health Team based in the Trafford, Greater Manchester area.

Responsibilities:

Manage an existing complex caseload of service users with enduring mental health challenges including dementia
Conduct assessments and risk management while providing casework supervision to team members
Collaborate with service users and stakeholders to contribute to service planning
Act as a Care Coordinator under the CPA framework when required

To be considered for the role, ideally you will have:

Diploma/Degree in Social Work and registration with Social Work England
1-3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within a Community Mental Health Team
Proven ability to manage a complex caseload
Commitment to delivering outstanding support in the mental health sector
