French Resources has been selected to work with Momentum, partner of Eurostar, to recruit a French speaking Lounge F&B Manager.

This is an on-site role based by St Pancras train station.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Lounge F&B Manager to join a fast-paced and dynamic team based near Kings Cross at Eurostar HQ. The Lounge F&B Manager will be reporting directly to the Head of F&B & procurement will be involved in all aspects of creating and improving a range of food and beverage products across lounges & openings of new lounges. You will be travelling to Paris, Brussels, Amsterdam from time to time and unsociable hours will occasionally be a part of this role.

ROLE:

* Developing and managing the F&B ranges available at the lounges

* Developing and managing of small equipment required in the lounges

* Coordinating new lounge openings

* Collaborating closely with the lounge teams

* Collaborating and liaising with Eurostar and the many key stakeholders

* Sourcing of suppliers, negotiating prices and building strong relationships

* Resolving unforeseen problems

* Managing budget

PROFILE:

* Fluent in French and in English, Dutch will be an asset, with strong communication skills

* Previous experience as F&B Manager, or Procurement Manager or senior management role within catering or hospitality sectors

* Ideally previous experience of multi-site management

* Exceptional and proven organisational skills, ability to think outside of the box and autonomy will be key assets for this role.

* Ability to follow procedures

* Strong inter-personal skills

* Good knowledge of IT based systems including strong Excel and Word

* Previous budget management experience

* Ideally existing network of food suppliers

* Ability to travel and to work unsociable hours if needed

SALARY & BENEFITS:

* Up to £60Kpa according to skills and experience
