As a fast-expanding company, PrintSafe Ltd is looking to add a talented Field Service Engineer to our team. We are the exclusive UK and Ireland partner for Koenig & Bauer Coding GmbH, providing top-tier coding and marking equipment used across industries like food, pharmaceuticals, and automotive. With rapid growth, we need dedicated professionals to help support our increasing customer base.

Your ideal location: North Hampshire, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Berkshire

Travel: 60-80% (2-3 nights/week, occasional trips to Ireland)

The Role:

We’re looking for a hands-on, self-motivated Field Service Engineer to maintain and service our cutting-edge coding systems across the UK. You’ll be diagnosing, repairing, and providing training at customer sites, ensuring equipment runs smoothly and efficiently. This role involves regular travel and overnight stays.

Key Responsibilities:

* Service and repair high-tech coding equipment

* Perform preventive maintenance to ensure maximum uptime

* Deliver technical support and on-site training

* Manage parts, tools, and documentation

* Build relationships with customers, representing PrintSafe with professionalism

What You’ll Bring:

* Strong electro-mechanical and diagnostic skills

* Strong desire for a career in field service with 1-3 years of experience

* Willingness to travel

* Excellent problem-solving abilities

* Confident communication and customer service

* HND, HNC or ONC in electronics or similar

* Full UK driving license and passport
