Role: Site Manager

Salary: £55,000/£75,000 + Package

Location: Nationwide

Our client an establsihed contractor have secured several framework agreements for major high street and supermarket chains, now have a need for additonal SIte Managers to join them on a permanent basis to work on schemes throughout the UK

Main Responsibilities

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

* Direct, plan, motivate and monitor the project teams

* Produce scopes of works document from given brief or drawings

* Plan and agree scheme phasing details with the design team

* Continually monitor supplier quotations against rates

* Attend and manage on-site scheme phases

* Attend scheme design team meetings as necessary

* Perform site surveys

* Ensure Health & Safety is compliant at all times

Qualifications

* SMSTS

* First Aid Certificate

* Asbestos Awareness

* Black CSCS card
