My client is one of the market leaders in fire protection, with over 20 years in the industry offering fire door remediation / installation, fire stopping, surveying and technical advice to a wide ranging portfolio of contracts across the UK.

They have been through a huge growth curve recently which has seen a large upturn in new long term contracts. Due to this, they're looking to employ a contracts manager to oversee a new contract in London and the surrounding satellite towns.

You will be overseeing circa £9 million worth of works across a range of passive fire projects (fire doors / fire stopping) ranging in value. Each team will have a site manager assigned to the site.

You will be able to take a project from sign off to final sign off, will be technically strong across both fire stopping and fire doors, will have good commercial awareness of project spend, be confident in planning / programming works and deal with daily client liaison.
