A Senior Structural Engineer is sought to join their small but growing Bristol office.

You must have several years of experience of working in the buildings structures and you should be Chartered or nearing this status. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential.

The practice is a modern and forward thinking business, technologically advanced with their own in house softwares. Honesty, fairness and development are key to the business, with a diverse, inclusive and committed workforce. Everyone counts here and everyone's voice is heard.

In addition to basic salary there is 25 days leave, hybrid and flexible working, healthcare, life insurance, pension, training and CPD. The practice is family friendly, very social and there is no long hours culture. The offices are close to the train station.
