What will you do as an HR Officer?
* Setup and implement core HR policies, procedures & documentation
* Manage HR administration, including onboarding, contracts, and employee records
* First point of contact for HR-related queries
* Providing practical and professional support to managers and staff
* Assist with payroll, accurate employee data, tracking absence / holidays / sickness
* Support for HR projects & audits, including filing, reporting, and data collection
What do you need as an HR Officer?
* CIPD Level 3 Qualification (minimum)
* Proven ability to mentor and support employees at all levels
* Strong track record of driving change and improving HR processes
* In-depth knowledge of employment law & best practices
