Flourish Education are seeking a Year 6 Booster Teacher to support at a 'Good' rated, 2-form entry Primary School in Frankley. This role is a part-time, mornings only role 8:30 - 12pm, Monday - Friday, full-time role, starting in January and is ongoing, potentially until the end of the academic year.
Our client is seeking a Year 6 Booster Teacher, who is experienced in teaching SATs, or who has previous experience planning and delivering Year 6 Boosters. The ideal candidate will excel in finding and addressing learning gaps, as well as feeding back to the class teacher regarding pupil's progress.
This role is best suited to an experienced Year 6 Teacher, but ECTs are encouraged to apply.
As a Year 6 Booster Teacher , you will:
Support small groups in Year 6, identifying learning gaps.
Plan and deliver tailored intervention sessions.
Provide feedback to class teachers on pupil progress.
Ensure all work aligns with the National Curriculum for Key Stage 2 (KS2).
Maintain excellent behaviour management in line with school policies.
Required Skills and Experience:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Proven experience delivering SATs booster sessions.
Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 (KS2) curriculum.
Two excellent references.
Exceptional behaviour management skills.
Working as a Year 6 Booster Teacher with Flourish Education offers excellent benefits, including:
