Are you available immediately and can commit to a long term temporary assignment in a Customer Service environment but ONLY EMAILS NO PHONE CALLS!! Have you had previous Customer service experience eg within retail, hospitality or call centre? This is a fantastic opportunity to undertake work within a customer service environment, working for a firm who are growing rapidly. As a Customer Service employee you will work on email only queries and be polite and courteous at all times.
Salary: £11.44 p/h and overtime available
Must be able to do up to 2 weeks training in Leeds then HOME WORKING and office based only on an ad hoc
Working Hours: Full time hours available 39 hours per week Mon - Friday. Full 1 to 2 weeks training office based 08.30-16.30 in LS27 then hybrid working
Location: Leeds, LS27
Duties will include:
Dealing with customer queries via webchat
Responding to customer emails
Building a strong customer rapport
General office administration duties as and when requiredWho we're looking for: The ideal candidate will be someone who can offer good customer service skills and previous experience within a customer service environment would be a benefit but not essential. If you can communicate effectively and empathise with customers, please consider these roles. You will have a high level of attention to detail, be competent with IT and have good written English.
