The Role:

Traveling across the UK to oversee shop fit-outs, refurbishments, and rollouts.

Managing projects valued between £2 million - £5 million, ensuring timely delivery.

Leading site teams and ensuring works are completed on time, within budget, and to spec.

Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and materials to maintain program efficiency.

*

Upholding strict H&S standards and ensuring full compliance on-site.

*

Conducting site inspections, quality control checks, and progress reporting.

*

Resolving on-site challenges with a proactive, problem-solving approach.

*

Acting as the key site contact, liaising with clients, project managers, and stakeholders.

This is a site-based role requiring extensive travel and time away from home, ideal for a hands-on Site Manager who thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
