Responsibilities in your new role as Office Receptionist
As the Office Receptionist, you’ll be the first person clients see and hear. You will handle incoming calls and emails expertly, facilitate meeting room bookings for visitors, and provide a warm meet and greet for all who enter the office. Your support to staff will be essential in maintaining an efficient and welcoming atmosphere.
