As a Primary KS2 Teaching Assistant Y4 Barnsley the role will require you to:

Be a role model, showcase your knowledge & lead with best practice.
To ensure every individual child's needs are meet, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs and EHCP Plans.
Support the class teacher
Help children with educational & social development
Help get classroom ready for lessons
Listen to children read, support them with reading
Plan and support class teacher with smaller group activities
