What's involved?
A successful Chef de Partie will work alongside a talented team with a wealth of culinary knowledge and experience. Your expertise will shine while carefully and responsibly managing the day to day running of the brigade, managing menus, food safety etc.

A minimum of 4 or 5 star and Rosette experience is required for this position.
