Future Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for Junior & Senior Estimators to join growing teams for a large civils contractor in Hampshire and Kent and we are looking for both Junior and Senior Estimators to support their diverse portfolio of infrastructure projects across the region.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a range of civils and infrastructure works

* Interpreting drawings, specifications, and tender documentation

* Collaborating with the pre-construction team, engineers, planners, and commercial teams

* Sourcing and analysing supplier/subcontractor quotes

* Using Causeway estimating software (experience desirable but not essential)

* Assisting with risk assessments and identifying value engineering opportunities

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous estimating experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, water, or highways projects

* Strong understanding of construction methods, planning, and project delivery

* Experience using estimating software – Causeway

* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills

* A proactive attitude and a team-first mindset

Advantageous Professional & Technical Skills

* Proficiency in using Estimating Software (e.g. Causeway, Conquest, Candy, Cubicost, Excel)

* Understanding of NEC/JCT contracts, CDM regulations, and tender processes

* Good grasp of construction drawings, specifications, and methodology
