Forklift Driver/Labourer

On behalf of our client we have an immediate opportunity for a Forklift Driver/Labourer.

Working in the metal & vehicle recycling sector, this is an excellent opportunity for ongoing work and can lead to permanent for the successful candidate.

Benefits:

£12 per hour (+ holiday pay)
Excellent working hours – 8am to 4.30pm, (3.30pm finish on Friday)
39 hours/week
Premium rate overtime when required

Duties:

Separating metals and storing in correct locations
Safe movement of quantities of scrap and cars using counterbalance forklift

Assisting in de-polluting of vehicles when required, including removal fuel, oil and filters, batteries, tyres and other salvageable parts
General Labouring in metals recycling environment
Valid counterbalance forklift certificate and minimum 1 year of experience are essential.
