Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing matters, from initial instruction through to completion.

* Handle all aspects of residential property transactions, including leaseholds, flats, and shared ownerships.

* Conduct title checks, draft contracts, and deal with enquiries raised by the buyer's solicitor.

* Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and regulations throughout the conveyancing process.

* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth and timely transactions.

* Provide clear, professional, and timely communication to clients, keeping them informed of progress and advising on any issues that arise.

* Utilise the firm's case management system to maintain accurate records of all transactions.

* Work collaboratively with a secretary and conveyancing assistant, delegating tasks where appropriate to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in residential conveyancing, with a strong understanding of leaseholds, flats, and shared ownership properties.

* Ability to manage a busy caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring all transactions are completed in a timely manner.

* Excellent communication and client care skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and accessible way.
