An fantastic opportunity with a multi-award winning Established Architectural Practice based in Hampshire seek an Experienced Architectural Technologist to join their talented team.

This highly reputable firm are searching for an Architectural Technologist that has demonstratable experience working in a range of sectors to join their expanding team as the practice goes from strength to strength working on projects within their extensive portfolio.

This practice has been well established within the Hampshire area for more than 40 years commissioning projects across the whole of the South and West Country, They have completed nationally recognised projects within the Residential, Healthcare, Leisure and Education sectors meaning the successful Architectural Technologist will have the opportunity to work on an array of projects within the Architectural discipline.

The successful Architectural Technologist will need to be self motivated and capable of working independently and also as part of a collaborative team, showcasing both their Technical and Design capabilities. As an integral part of the this team there will be plenty of opportunity for growth and development as continuous CPD is on offer to ensure the team is fully up to date with current legislation and regulations.

Essential Requirements for candidates:

Relevant Architectural degree - Degree/HNC/HND
CIAT Membership (desirable)
3+ years minimum post qualification UK experience
Demonstrated experience in a variety of sectors
Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit (Essential)
Strong understanding of Building Regs and construction working methods.
Ability to prepare detailed working drawing packages.
Proven ability to work independently
Demonstrated experience working on RIBA stages 3-7The Successful Architectural candidate can expect to see a competitive salary likely to be in the region of £32,000 - £38,000 Dependant on experience, generous company benefits and a clear progression path with development opportunities through continuous support and CPD.
