Your Role

You’ll work closely with senior leadership to lead and evolve the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes. From building product-level profitability models to influencing pricing strategies and supporting strategic investment decisions this is a true business partnering role with real impact.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the financial planning cycle including budgets, reforecasts, and long-range plans

* Build detailed financial models to support pricing, profitability, and investment decisions

* Produce insightful performance analysis with clear recommendations to drive results

* Collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to align financial strategy with business goals

* Set up and maintain product-level P&Ls and support product lifecycle planning

* Lead cross-functional strategic projects, driving continuous improvement across the business

What You’ll Bring

* Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

* At least 3 years’ experience in a financial planning or commercial finance role

* Strong financial modelling skills with advanced Excel ability

* Confident business partner with excellent communication and presentation skills

* Experience in a tech, manufacturing or product-led environment preferred

* Strategic thinker with an eye for detail and a proactive, solutions-driven approach
