Part-Time Business Teacher

Location: Mixed Secondary School, Chingford
Working Days: Monday, Thursday, Friday
Salary: £180 - £220 per day (depending on experience)

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Part-Time Business Teacher to join our dynamic team at a thriving mixed secondary school in Chingford. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated educator to inspire the next generation of business leaders!

Key Details:
Part-time role: 3 days a week (Monday, Thursday, Friday)
Competitive pay: £180 - £220 per day (dependent on experience)
Start date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lessons in Business Studies across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Plan and prepare lesson materials to meet the diverse needs of students
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and setting targets
Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum and share best practices
Maintain a positive learning environment, ensuring classroom discipline and student engagement
Support students' personal and academic development, fostering skills for future success
Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the wider school community
Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance in line with school policies
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Business Studies at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities
A passion for Business Studies and a commitment to student success
