First Task Professional are delighted to be working with one of the UK largest maintenance contractors, to help support with the recruitment of a Commercial lead one their regions, based out of Glasgow. This brand are a well known and recognised brand who deliver a variety of roofing, kitchen and bathroom replacement, asset management and void property repairs across housing, industrial and education sectors.
Duties of this role:
* Oversee and manage projects from initiation to completion. Including management of surveyors
* Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are met within budget and schedule constraints.
* Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress against key milestones
* Conduct surveys, measurements, and assessments of work to be done to establish scope of work.
* Prepare detailed cost estimates for surveying projects, including materials, labour, plant and equipment.
* Monitor project budgets and expenditures to ensure financial objectives are met
* Develop and maintain strong supply chain relationships
* Ensure that all applications for payments are issued accurately and on time.
* Manage cash flow, protecting the company’s financial performance, cash flow and debt.
* Review monthly CVR submissions with senior team.

* Salary up to £65k DOE
