The Role:

* Candidate Sourcing: Identify and engage with qualified teachers, teaching assistants, and other education professionals, ensuring a perfect fit for both the candidate and the client.

* Client Management: Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements, providing expert advice and ensuring successful placements.

* Business Development:Proactively seek out new business opportunities, including negotiating terms and managing client accounts.

* Market Insight: Stay informed on the latest trends and developments in the education sector to better advise clients and candidates.

* Administration: Manage all necessary compliance, paperwork, and database entry to maintain a streamlined recruitment process.

Key Requirements:

* Experience: Previous experience in recruitment is essential
