Your key responsibilities as the head of Safety, Health and Environment are to:
Develop and execute a comprehensive SHE strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
Lead the SHE Management System, designing policies and driving efficiency.
Foster an inclusive, transparent SHE culture that drives excellence
Implement and report on SHE performance KPIs, delivering strategic reviews
Influence key stakeholders, including regulatory authorities and industry bodies.
Collaborate with internal teams to integrate SHE throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead and nurture the SHE function, inspiring growth and continual learning.
Drive continuous improvement in SHE practices, unlocking performance gains. As the Head of Safety, Health and Environment your key experience and qualifications will be:
Proven track record in developing and delivering successful SHE strategies.
Experience leading a SHE function in infrastructure, water, or similar regulated markets.
Strong leadership skills with a focus on cultural transformation.
Outstanding relationship-building and communication abilities.
