Secretariat / Governanace Minute Taker
We are working with a specialist regulatory body based in the City who require someone to support their Secretariat / Governance function. This is a key role that supports specialist committee and Board level meetings and essential to the smooth running of these meetings. This role would suit someone who’s interested in building a career in the Secretariat / Company Secretarial / Governance area and our client will consider candidates who've supported governance, committees and company secretarial functions or a PA who has been required to complete extensive minute taking.
You’ll be liaising at senior Board level to organise everything around effective meetings including preparing papers for meetings, agendas and tracking committees work plans and action logs. You’ll also set up Zoom meetings and take and prepare minutes.
The ideal person will be someone who loves minute taking, is obsessive about detail, IT savvy and confident with MS Office including Outlook and Word. It would be an added advantage if you’ve used SharePoint, Visio and / or MS Project.
This is initially a two month contract that could extend or convert to permanent payroll. It offers an hourly rate equivalent to £40-45,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience. The office is based within walking distance of Tower Hill or London Bridge stations and hybrid working is available with you being required in the office 40% of the time (two days per week).
