Our client, is currently seeking a Senior Planning Officer to join their dedicated team in Oxfordshire. This is an opportunity to partake in both small commercial and large development projects within a flexible, hybrid working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting thorough planning assessments for a range of development proposals
Preparing and contributing to detailed planning reports
Engaging with stakeholders and clients to ensure successful planning outcomes
Collaborating with internal and external teams on environmental and policy studies
Providing guidance and advice on planning matters to clients and colleagues
Maintaining and enhancing client relationships through exceptional service

Job Requirements:

An RTPI-accredited planning qualification
Either holding or working towards chartered membership of the RTPI
Post-qualification planning experience in town planning
Experience in managing environmental and planning aspects of development projects
Ability to manage competing demands and prioritise tasks effectively
Strong report writing, analytical, and interpersonal skills
Confident in developing client relationships and contributing to the company's success
