Brook Street is working with a growing client seeking two Administrative Assistants on a full-time basis. This is an initial 6 month fixed-term contract with probability of extension or to be made permanent.
Main duties:
To assist with bank reconciliations and processing of payments.
To support general daily administration duties - Filing, scanning, post handling & distribution.
To set up new bank accounts on online system.
To support general cleanse of data in internal systems.Knowledge, skills, abilities and experience:
Admin/Finance experience
IT proficient
Attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication skills
