* Competitive Pay: Earn between £11.67 - £17.51 per hour based on experience, with room to grow!

* Fixed Shift Pattern: Work 4 fixed nights a week (4 out of 7), Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM - 8:00 AM – giving you long weekends off and a stable schedule!

* Team-Oriented Environment: Be part of a collaborative team where your contributions are truly valued, and you can work alongside experts from various departments like quality control, maintenance, and warehouse.

* Convenient Location: Located in Flitwick, but you’ll need your own transport to get here. The ideal candidate must own a car and have reliable transport to ensure punctuality for the night shifts.

What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Production Operator, you’ll be at the heart of the action, ensuring that our state-of-the-art production lines run smoothly. You’ll:

* Take Ownership of the production process, making sure everything runs like clockwork.

* Pack and Seal Products with care and precision, knowing that you’re helping deliver high-quality goods to customers.

* Problem-Solve and think on your feet – no two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in keeping production moving!

* Record and Maintain Documentation so we can constantly improve our processes, ensuring the best outcomes for both the team and the business.

* Collaborate Across Teams to meet production targets and contribute to the overall success of the site.
