Assembly Operative

Location: Chalgrove, Oxfordshire

Salary: £26000 - £27000

Shifts: Monday - Thursday 8 am-5 pm, Friday 8 am-12noon

What You’ll Do:

Handle explosive materials and components with care.

Accurately interpret assembly drawings and production documents.

Assemble components to precise tolerances using specialized equipment.

Conduct self-inspections and quality checks.

Update SAP systems to ensure accurate work progress tracking.

What We’re Looking For:

Production/manufacturing experience in a similar environment.

Basic understanding of engineering drawings and health & safety procedures.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Team player who can also work independently under pressure.
