Extrusion Operator - Crewe, Cheshire

Salary: £31,175.20 per year
Shifts: 4 on / 4 off (2 days 7am-7pm / 2 nights 7pm-7am)

Are you an experienced manufacturing operative seeking a stable, rewarding career with excellent progression opportunities? We're hiring Extrusion Operators to join our growing team in Crewe!

What You'll Do:

Operate blown film extruders to produce polythene film products to customer specifications.
Manage order and blend changes efficiently.
Conduct and record quality control checks, taking action when needed.
Follow work tickets and complete all production documentation accurately.
Ensure finished product packaging meets customer standards.
Maintain high housekeeping and hygiene standards.
Work safely and responsibly in line with H&S guidelines.

What We're Looking For:

Manufacturing or machine operation experience (extrusion experience ideal but not essential).
Reliable, enthusiastic, and able to work shifts.
Strong communication skills and a positive "can-do" attitude.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes hot environment.
Willingness to work at heights if required.
