Senior Corporate Partnerships Executive
Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

Hybrid/flexible working: 3 days in office, 2 days at home

Payments will be paye inclusive of holiday as the client pays through their direct engagement model

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm

Job Purpose:

As the lead for our client’s many and varied corporate partnerships, you will work with the wider events, community, and partnerships team to research, develop and support companies and ensure that we are creating mutually beneficial partnerships.

You’ll take responsibility for structuring and developing our pipeline of supporters, supporting our partners to make the most of our partnership with them and encourage them to advocate on our behalf. With a creative flair, the ability to solve problems and remain customer/supporter focused, you will be expected to deliver a varied programme of fundraising initiatives and deliver and grow income budgets.

Role Responsibilities

Income Generation

* To proactively contribute to the achievement of our client’s voluntary income budgets as part of a dynamic and engaging fundraising team. Includes but not limited to Charity of the Year partnerships, grant applications from Corporate Foundations, and CRM development.

* To take the lead in meeting corporate fundraising budgets and leveraging opportunities to grow income from corporate partners.

* To play an active part in developing and implementing fundraising strategies and products which help grow its voluntary income.

Account Management & Stewardship

* Lead and develop existing corporate partnerships, supporting them to exceed their fundraising targets.

* Ensure that partners are supported to achieve their goals, whether through strategic engagement, brand promotion/awareness or increasing customer loyalty and/or footfall.

* Use creative appeals, campaigns, products and events to offer compelling propositions to engage current partners.

* Ensure that partners are kept regularly updated on important news and initiatives.

New Business Development

* Structure and manage our pipeline of existing and prospective partners, focusing on both growth in the levels of support and income for the charity.

* Work closely with colleagues, including the CEO and Senior Management Team to build new relationships and leverage other forms of support.

* Work closely with our Volunteer Manager, ensuring that corporate volunteers have an excellent experience and can develop their relationship through fundraising.

* Build relationships with suppliers by engaging them broadly in our work.

Programme management

* Ensure that all activity is compliant with GDPR, fundraising regulations and the fundraising codes of conduct.

* Ensure that all activity is recorded accurately and appropriately on our CRM database and support the Events, Community and Partnerships Manager to generate reports as required.

* Keep up to date with fundraising sector developments and trends to spot opportunities for our own activities.

Undertake other tasks and duties as may be reasonable which will contribute to the overall success of the Engagement & Partnerships team
