Job Title: Mobile Service Technician
Location: Burwell 
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

A leading organisation within the Turfcare Industry is seeking an Mobile Service Technician to join their team on a full time permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform servicing and repairs on equipment.
Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic faults.
Maintain professional, customer-focused interactions to represent the brand positively.
Record all service and repair activities accurately.
Proactively address customer issues and ensure high-quality repairs.
Follow safe working practices and use protective equipment as required.
Communicate complex issues to the Service Manager and relay parts requirements promptly.
Keep service vehicles clean and well-maintained.
Attend product and technical training sessions to stay updated on industry developments.
