Cogent staffing is recruiting for a client based in Elland HX5 for an account manager on a long term temp basis with the possibility of a permanent opportunity in the future.

You will be required to manage client accounts and ensure the accurate and timely processing of sample requests and related documentation. The account manager is a primary contact for assignment clients ensuring their needs are met while maintaining high standards of service operational efficiency.

* 35 hour working week

* 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday (1hour for Lunch)

* £12.64 - £13.00ph

* Immediate start

* Temp with a possible permanent role available in the future

* Free on site parking

Duties

* Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships and understanding their specific needs.

* Liaise with clients to resolve queries, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with services.

* Prepare and manage documentation

* Update and maintain client instructions, specifications.

Skills

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities

* High attention to detail and accuracy

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
