Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and best practices.

* Lead ServiceNow implementations, ensuring seamless integration across various modules.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

* Optimise workflows, scripting, automation, and security configurations.

* Provide technical leadership and drive continuous improvements across the platform.

Skills & Experience Required:

* Extensive experience as a ServiceNow Architect, with expertise in one or more ServiceNow modules.

* Strong understanding of platform architecture, development, and process automation.

* ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CIS, or CTA are desirable.

* Ability to manage and deliver projects in a fully remote environment.

* Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
