The Role

As an Outreach Tutor, you’ll:
? Provide 1:1 tuition in English and Maths (up to GCSE/Functional Skills)
? Motivate and inspire students facing educational barriers
? Tailor lessons to individual learning needs
? Use creative teaching strategies and technology to enhance learning

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience in tutoring or teaching (SEN experience preferred)
✔ Strong Literacy and Numeracy skills (up to GCSE level)
✔ QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or a relevant degree (preferred but not essential)
✔ Patience, adaptability, and great communication skills
✔ Enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
