An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a rapidly growing business in Norwich. We are seeking a Finance Manager who is looking to take on a pivotal role in financial operations and be part of a dynamic, innovative team. This role offers the chance to learn and grow within a leading business, where your input will make a tangible impact. Currently, this role does not have any direct reports, but with the company's ambitious expansion plans, this may become a future requirement.

This is a position for someone who is ready to drive improvements and efficiencies in accounting processes. The role is based in Norwich with flexible hybrid working arrangements

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Manage invoicing and supplier payments with precision and accuracy.
Ensure compliance with financial standards through detailed financial reporting.
Lead process improvements to enhance accounting operations and cost efficiencies.
Liaise with external accountants, auditors, and other stakeholders to maintain smooth financial functions.
What We're Looking For:

Proficient in Sage 50.
Strong attention to detail and a passion for accuracy in financial reporting.
ACCA, CIMA, ACA part quals and above
