Finance Assistant - Aylesbury 6 Months Contract - PT

Pertemps Aylesbury is currently recruiting a PT Finance Assistant to join our manufacturing client based in Aylesbury.

Salary: £20,070 (PRO RATA of £30,000)

Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30-1:00 pm

Duties:

- Processing sales orders using SAGE 50
- Taking incoming calls from customers to discuss enquiries
- Accurately process purchase invoices and send them out
- Chasing outstanding debt
- Processing and posting the payroll journal
- Manage expenses reports
- Performing bank reconciliation
- Greeting guests

Requirements:

- Experience within a Sales Leger/Finance role
- Experienced in using SAGE 50
- Great communication skills
