Role: Estimator

Salary: £23,500

Located: Rotherham office

Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 5pm)

The role:

* Generate & Issue Quotes

* Log Jobs once customer PO received

* Source & order parts

* Assist Senior Estimator in arranging Repair Team works

* Booking in Minor Works with customers

* Be involved in larger Refurb quotes

* Assist Account Managers to secure orders

* Target of £230k orders per month (department)

* Target minor works 45% GP

* Review Engineers Recommendations & prioritise quotes

* Constant focus on Monthly Work Completed, Quoted and Order values

The successful candidate:

* Commercial knowledge and Service Sales awareness.

* Working knowledge of (or willingness to learn) current regulations.

* Have ability to calculate prices using spreadsheets or custom software.

* Have ability to communicate with all levels of management/customer both in writing and orally.

* Should be I.T. competent and familiar with all standard Microsoft packages with ability to use bespoke software.

* Have a good telephone manner.

* Be self-motivated and able to meet targets set but also a team player.

* Be a driven and flexible individual, who is willing to use initial.

* Be well organised, capable of prioritising workload in a fast paced environment.
