This Senior Quantity Surveyors role is for a well-known National main contractor with a huge portfolio of retail projects. Due to their dominance and success in this particular sector they have recently been awarded a large framework contract with a major Banking chain. As a result of this they are now recruiting Senior Quantity Surveyors to strengthen the team.

The role

For the successful Quantity Surveyor, the role will be re-fits and refurbishments of High St Banks and Offices with values ranging from £100k - £3.5million. Your key responsibilities will mainly involve procurement for the projects and to work alongside the established commercial team already present.
